In partnership with Quro Medical, suitable patients may receive appropriate hospital-level treatment and monitoring at home. Eligibility is determined case by case by the medical team.

Practice Manager
Margaret started her career in the hotel industry, where she managed teams in excess of 300 people — despite describing herself as “shy”. She owned and ran Takara’s Coffee Shop in town, has worked at MyPond Hotel and done a range of other things, here in Port Alfred and elsewhere. Her incredible efficiency keeps the show on the road, from keeping track of everything that’s happening to keeping track of accounts.

Reception
Kind, compassionate and caring, Heather is the voice welcoming you to the practice when you call and the friendly face at the front door. She’s a mum of two and a grandmother of four, always ready with a listening ear or to help you out.
Sr Debbie
Registered Professional Nurse
Debbie is our registered professional nurse. She's the one overseeing the treatment room, taking blood, putting up drips or doing an ECG. If you've got a clinical question and the doctors are busy — check in with her first. Her compassion, insight and attention to detail are legendary. She's also Port Alfred's Park Run director, leading the way with encouraging us to lead healthy lifestyles :)
Usi
Office Assistant
Usi is our multi-tasker, doing everything from keeping the practice clean to answering the phone if someone’s away, assisting with billing or helping apply a plaster cast. Away from work, you’ll find her enjoying her new-found love: running.
